at boodles of baskets, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason during theordering, shipping or receiving of our gift baskets, gifts and/or balloons, you are notcompletely satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us at once and well make it right.

we provide a complete list of products used in each basket, along with the measurements, photoand price so that you may see exactly what you are ordering. There may be, due to weather orproduct stock, substitutions, but we can assure you they will always be of equal or greatervalue than items shown.

single gift basket orders, which are cancelled after they have been built are subject to a 25%restocking fee.
multiple orders which are cancelled after they have been built are subject to a 50% restockingfee.
due to the nature of balloon orders, which have been inflated, are non-cancelable andnon-refundable.
due to the perishable nature of cookies, cakes, fudge and popcorn these items cannot becancelled and are non-refundable. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive yourgift on the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for gifts that are damaged or spoiled due toany delivery issues.

all damaged shipments must be reported within 5 business days. We will make every effort toreplace damaged items within this time, however we cannot be responsible for damage not reportedwithin this time frame. Please keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it may be requestedby the carrier.

any goods returned to boodles of baskets without prior authorization will not be refunded. Theshipping costs of unauthorized returns will not be refunded. All goods authorized for return byboodles of baskets, must be in their original box and in good condition. No credits orreplacements will be processed, until the returned merchandise is received by us. Shipping andhandling charges are non-refundable.

if unable to contact recipient after two attempts, to an apartment or business, the gift will bereturned to us. The courier charges us for all packages returned to us. This fee will be chargedto you as soon as we are notified by the courier. We will inform you immediately for furtherdelivery instructions. An extra delivery charge will apply. If we do not hear back from youwithin 2 weeks of our contact, your basket will be disposed of. No refund will be given.

due to government regulations all baskets shipped to the usa are non-returnable andnon-refundable.
all orders cancelled after the credit card has been processed are subject to a $5.00cancellation fee.
holiday baskets which are returned to us, because we have been unable to deliver them for anyreason are non-refundable.
due to their nature, all holiday baskets, unless damaged, are non-refundable.
