we will ship your gifts including gift baskets, candy grams, cookie grams, balloons and fudge, placed business days, monday to friday, before 12pm est, on the same day you place the order. Ifyou place your order after 12pm est, on a weekend or holiday, your gift will be shipped out thenext business day. (see transit times below). we will ship your fresh baked cookie (in a tin) and giant cookie orders out the next businessday, if your order is placed business days monday to friday before 8pm est. If you place yourorder after 8pm est, on a weekend, or holiday, we will ship your order out the second businessday. (see transit times below). we will ship your fresh popped popcorn as follows:
orders placed by 12pm est monday-friday are processed and shipped the next business day. Ordersplaced after 12pm, on the weekend or a holiday, will be processed and shipped the day after thenext business day. Eg. delivery times are estimates. Delivery times are business days only. Ground service is notguaranteed. 1 & 3 day guaranteed shipping (if selected) is guaranteed to arrive as described. Ship times do not include day of order, weekends or holidays.

christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume. Shipping times varybased on destination.

taxes are calculated based on where the gift is being delivered not based on where the senderlives. If the correct province/state is not chosen during the order process and/or incorrecttaxes are applied, we will make the necessary corrections on your behalf and charge your creditcard accordingly.

please note it is the customers responsibility to fill in the order accurately and completely. Incorrect shipping addresses will be charged $15.50 re-direct fee. If there is no message filledin, your gift will be sent as placed, without a gift card. We will not be held responsible forerrors made by the customer.
